Akhlakona®
Curriculum
After deeply researching
Egyptian societal needs, and defining Akhlakona coaching goals, EDGE
consultants’ team created Akhlakona® curriculum and all its materials.
Our team is a cutting-edge, transformational, and ethical group of
experts in the fields of Education, Psychology, and Business
Administration.
Akhlakona® curriculum is a copyright material and is registered for EDGE
consultants. The curriculum is built on
FIVE
foundational elements, which represent the basic transformational
elements of an individual.
Akhlakona® divides students into four coaching phases, according to their corresponding level in the program.
The Starters, the Developers, the Thinkers
and the Planners.
The
Starters
start
to learn the importance of ethics and discover the value of possessing
self skills. (Ethics + Self Skills)
The Developers
develop
their characters throughout the elementary phase. They are coached to
have awareness about their self skills and on how to use them.
Throughout the courses, they acquire the know-how of success in their
lives, and are empowered to activate their ethics and values. (Ethics +
Self Skills + Success Skills)
The Thinkers
think,
evaluate and reflect on the characteristics of the achievers as well as
analyze and assess the common ethics and skills desired and required.
(Ethics + Self Skills + Success Skills + Achievers’ Skills)
The Planners
plan
their future and learn that planning is the most vital element of a
successful life. They learn how to purify their hearts from the diseases
in order to become conscious about their behaviors. They will be
empowered to make critical ethical decisions in life because they are
trained on how to lead themselves and manage their time and resources.
They gain the knowledge of how to become emotionally and socially
intelligent to communicate effectively with others as well as to
publicize successfully their thoughts.
(Ethics + Self Skills + Success Skills +
Achievers’ Skills + Life Skills)
